I really enjoy the looseness of sketching but at the same time I love the precision of drawing. I like how you can decide with the pencil and pressure which lines are teasers or guides and which are your confident, darkened strokes that will define your drawing.

Charcoal drawing of Socrates. A1.

Elvis and the Two Horses

Johnathan Thurston. Graphite on A1

I created these drawings to commemorate the retirement of one of the immortals of Rugby League.

The G.O.A.T Michael Jordan #23

Arguably the greatest basketball player ever………..of my younger years at least ( I'm a LeBron man this gen ). The basketball debate will go on forever but one thing I think every diehard fan or even the casual highlight watcher can attest to is Jordan's Brand. It's gotta be the Shoes! Since my childhood the Air Jordan brand has been the pinnacle of performance, style and street cred. I just had to incorporate some of his classic kicks into my drawing here. Everyone has their faves…….but for me it's always been the 4's, 5's, 6's and the 11's.

Disney.

Just a little mishmash collab of Disney characters drawn in fine liner black pen. Approx A1 size.
